“The project proposes a semi-collective residence for two families, where the limited 550 sqm plot posed a key design challenge: optimizing the relationship between building footprint, green space, and on-site parking. The solution seeks to make efficient use of every square meter without compromising spatial quality. The project integrates contemporary, sustainable solutions: an air-to-water heat pump, eco-friendly materials (recycled brick, mineral wool, mineral plasters), photovoltaic panels, fresh-air ventilation systems, and external blinds for thermal comfort control.”
