The main challenge was efficiently organizing a generously sized house while integrating pedestrian and vehicle access alongside ancillary functions such as garage and pergola. The house extends along the plot's length, with the natural slope determining a three-level layout: basement, ground floor, and attic. The interior centers on an unconventional concept where the kitchen becomes the heart of the home, highlighted by generous glazing and wood finishes. Internal level changes create dynamic split-level living spaces.”
