“Although the functional program is straightforward, the urban context turned the design of this family home into a real challenge. The compact plot layout, with lots of approximately 300 sqm, created dense proximity between buildings, raising issues of natural light, privacy, and neighborhood integration. The proposed concept turns these constraints into opportunities: pedestrian access is placed laterally at the volume's center, marked by a glazed cutout that mediates between exterior and interior, bringing natural light into the living spaces while maintaining a high level of privacy.”
