“The project aims to improve the educational infrastructure in Pir Commune by creating new spaces for the secondary school. The design provides a 12-classroom building over three floors (ground + 2) housing the school, dormitory, sports/gymnastics hall, and dining hall. The exterior includes paved pedestrian pathways, green areas preserving existing trees, and a sports court. Modern energy-efficiency solutions have been integrated, including a BMS system, sustainable materials, and renewable energy through photovoltaic panels.”
